You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal. There are no cancellation fees, no contracts, and no commitments.
When you cancel, your paid plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the free plan. You keep access to your existing insights, but new insight generation is limited to the free tier.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you continue to have access to your paid features until the end of that month.
If you were charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, contact us at hello@insightscout.co and we will review your case individually.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. When downgrading, projects beyond the new plan's limit are automatically paused. You can choose which ones to reactivate within your new limit.
The Free Preview is a limited one-time sample available with no payment required. It is not an ongoing plan. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Free Preview at any time.
