By using InsightScout (“the Service”), operated by C.M. Leal LTDA (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
InsightScout is an intelligence tool that scans public online conversations and other web data to find content relevant to your product or business. We deliver actionable insights based on publicly available data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the platforms or websites we scan. We do not post, reply, connect, or engage on any platform on your behalf. Third-party content surfaced through the Service remains the property of its original authors, publishers, or platform owners.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person or entity per account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. The Free Preview is a limited one-time sample of the Service and is not an ongoing plan. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Free Preview at any time.
You agree not to: use the Service for spamming or harassment; attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service; create accounts to exploit free tier limits; use the Service in violation of any applicable law; or use insights, public-platform content, or third-party material in violation of the terms, policies, or rights applicable to the originating platform or content owner.
Insights are generated from publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any insight. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on the insights we provide.
The Service may reference, summarize, or link to content from third-party platforms and websites. That content is subject to the terms, policies, availability, and technical limits of those third parties, which may change at any time. You are responsible for complying with applicable platform rules and laws when acting on insights from the Service. Platform names, trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by C.M. Leal LTDA. Insights generated for your account are yours to use, subject to any third-party rights that may apply to underlying public content. We do not claim ownership of your project data or the insights delivered to you.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
